My family and I have been going to Sam's club for over 20+ years and never have I ever had the most horrible experience until yesterday. After getting engaged my fiancee and I got a membership to begin buying for our new home and life. While we haven't had the membership for a year, we went to get groceries like we always do for ourselves and for my diabetic mother who is bedridden so we do 2 transactions on the scan & go app which has been convenient. Until a worker decided to pick us specifically and giving us the worse time ever. We have never had a problem the workers up front usually understand see both transactions and let us go on with our day. However this woman seemed to have something against us in particular not even being capable of a greeting just sighing and mumbling racist remarks under her breath as if she was undertrained and incapable of critical thinking of just counting the items and letting us go on with our day. As I approached her coworker to explain how terrible her treatment was the worker simply looked at me like she was a deer starring into headlights. A membership to shop here is quickly becoming obsolete. The hot food Cafe for hotdogs and pizza will force you to use their scan n go app in order to make a purchase. No kiosks, no registers. The manager Kevin tried to offer a one time courtesy at a regular register to ring me up. I refused his pity transaction. I refuse to be forced to have an app to PURCHASE food. I already decline purchasing items all together that try and force the scan and go discount. If I need paper towels and it has that discount I refuse the item all together. I will go to Costco instead. If this entire store shifts to scan n go I will be canceling my membership all together as it is useless. I am but one person and likely not much of a difference will be had. Stand together.

My first time to shop at Sam's. I was impressed with the wide variety of choices on display. I thought I could find almost everything that I needed whether in bulk or smaller portion items. I know that I'll be back soon.

Great Sam's club. They have a huge selection of everything you need for home or business. And the best part is that you can get in and out faster then Costco. Plenty of parking. Don't have to show your membership and wait in line to get into the store. They have Scan and go app so you don't have to wait in line to check out. They have automated arches when leaving the door so you don't have to get your receipt scanned and checked. And they will you even have your items pulled and ready and put into your car for you if you order ahead. And they have better prices as well. They might be a little bit out of the way but overall it is a faster shopping trip than Costco if you add up all the time you wait in line at Costco. Faster, better prices, Scan and go, and in car delivery. With that winning combination. I choose Sam's club over Costco any day of the week. Additional, note. Their pizzas are only $8.98 they have four meat, cheese, or pepperoni. Hot and ready to go. 9.00 to feed a family of 4 is a great deal. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

The door greeter Gershom is my favorite part of my shopping experience. I love scan and go competer doesn’t offer that. Super convenient and short gas lines. I get cash back regularly with my Sam’s higher tier membership and even more with my Sam’s credit card. 😊
